Health Articles

Our health articles are based on published guidance from health bodies, government health services, professional associations and systematic reviews. Every claim is checked against a source we have read, and the sources are listed at the end of each article.

Where countries or sources give different advice, we say so. Health articles do not name or recommend products.

Product Guides

Our product guides compare products against the criteria in our methodology. Product details such as ingredients, prices and guarantees come from brands' published information, and we update guides when they change. See our disclosure for who runs this site.

Accuracy and Corrections

If you find a factual error in our content, please contact us at editorial@oralhealthadvisory.org. We will look into it and correct errors promptly.

Content Updates

Every article and guide shows the date it was last updated. We update content when guidance, products or prices change.
